Neptune Partners has acted as exclusive financial and legal debt advisor to the HSE group in connection with the take-up of a senior secured loan of an initial amount of SEK 110,000,000 under a framework of SEK 500,000,000.
The HSE group is an international group that offers software services for managing and reporting data regarding environmental reporting. The loan is structured as a secured corporate bond. The lender is a debt fund. The transaction involved several foreign jurisdictions.
